Welcome to Sleep Arc. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Sleep Arc, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Sleep Arc is an AI sleep coaching app for iOS that helps users build better sleep habits. The app offers:

  • Bedtime and sleep quality logging
  • Personalized sleep plans and weekly pattern analysis
  • Mood and lifestyle check-ins
  • HealthKit-powered insights (HRV, resting HR, respiratory rate)
  • Wind-down Live Activities and home-screen widgets
  • Voice logging via on-device speech recognition

Sleep Arc is NOT a medical device and does NOT diagnose, treat, or prevent any sleep disorder or health condition. Our recommendations are not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you experience chronic insomnia, sleep apnea, or other sleep concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sleep Arc. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Account

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information
  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized use

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Free tier: Sleep Arc includes 14 days of logs at no cost. After that, continued access to history and AI coaching features requires a Pro subscription.

Available plans:

  • Monthly Subscription: Automatic monthly billing
  • Annual Subscription: Automatic annual billing with a 7-day free trial

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID account settings.

Cancellation policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to hack or compromise the app's security
  • Share your account with third parties
  • Reverse-engineer the app
  • Use the app in a way that could damage or overload our servers

7. Intellectual Property

All content in Sleep Arc, including design, graphics, text, and code, is our exclusive property and is protected by copyright law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sleep Arc is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that:

  • The app will function without interruptions
  • You will achieve your sleep goals
  • Insights or correlations will be accurate or reliable

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the app. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without prior notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of São Paulo, Brazil.
